From the moment this started it was looking good. Very much my sort of thing when they go looking for life in space. Alex Hopper is dating Samantha Shane the daughter of the commanding officer vice admiral Shane of the Navy. His brother forces him to join the Navy. 6 years later and he is a lieutenant. While out on routine Naval training unknown objects crash in to the sea and from here the rollercoaster takes off.
Starring Liam Neeson, Taylor Kitsch, Brooklyn Decker, Alexander Skarsgard and Rihanna.
4/5 for sheer awesomeness on sea
Rating 12A
One thing that did disappoint me during this movie was the little screen time I thought Liam Neeson had and for an actor of his ability and calibre it seemed he needed more. Another without too much detail to not ruin the film was it seemed to all end very quick and it didn't seem long before the credits were rolling.
Nevertheless it was a very good film that I enjoyed.

The Hunger Games
What some would find a very strange plot and sick storyline, I thought it worked very well and was a very emotional exciting storyline.
The wealthy capital of North America hosts a tournament with 2 participants from each of the 12 poorer districts. A previous rebellion from the districts resulted in them being punished by one boy and girl being chosen at random to be part of the hunger games. The idea is that only one remains.
Starring Stanley Tucci. Jennifer Lawrence, Elizabeth Banks, Josh Hutcherson and Woody Harrelson.
3/5 for exciting survival games.
Rating 12A
Cruel reality TV that turns into a very enjoyable thrill ride. An exciting thriller from start to finish. A very good transfer from paper to the big screen and I myself very much look forward to the sequel.
Thanks for reading and my apologies for no reviews as of late

The Woman in Black
This was a fairly good film that had be confused at start but I was enjoying the unravelling and figuring out what exactly was going on.
Very good acting from Daniel Radcliffe on his first outing since Harry Potter. He steps away from the boy wizard to being a man with a family and his own affairs.
Arthur Kipps has been sent to a small town who all act very odd around him. He has been sent to deal with the paper work at a house on a small island along the sea but when he decides to stay late to get the work needed done quicker, strange unexplainable happenings are going on, courtesy of the mysterious Woman in Black.
3/5 for thrilling entertainment
Rating 12A
Also starring Ciarán Hinds, Janet McTeer, Liz White and Sophie Stuckey
I would say this is a film worth seeing with jumpy scenes throughout, a good low age rated horror movie that anyone will surely fancy.
Thank you for reading.
